We have simplified these for you by offering four easy to understand self-publishing packages. Each package is designed for specific types of books, such as novels or family history books. They include everything needed to get your books designed, printed and delivered to your door.

Our Classic Package: Simple and elegant layouts for short story collections, poetry and novels.
This package is intended for books that are predominently text. You will have a choice of professional typefaces to use in your book, and we will create a style for the internal pages that is sympathetic to your content and intentions.
We will also design a full colour cover, and create the front matter — those pages before your first chapter.
Design is a collaborative activity and we will ensure you have provided input into all creative decisions and your preferences are reflected in the design.
We will provide you with an electronic proof of the complete book. Once we have your approval to proceed, we will arrange for the printing and binding of ten individual books, which will be delivered to your door.
The books in this package feature a full-colour paperback cover which is protected with a transparent laminate. Internal pages are printed with black ink only, on ivory offset paper, similar to that typically found in commercial paperbacks. The finished size is 148x210mm (portrait). We have allowed for 248 pages per book in this package (fewer pages may lower the package cost). Other sizes, page counts and variations are possible, as well as additional books.

Our Custom Package: Personal and distinctive layouts for travel writing, crafts and memoirs.
This self-publishing package is ideal for books that require more visual elements than traditional novels. These are typically non-fiction books that include photographs and graphic elements that need to be balanced with the text.
We will customise the layout to emphasize the visual elements that are important to your story. With our access to several vast image libraries we can also help you find and licence the perfect image, should you need it.
Design is a collaborative activity. We will ensure your preferences are reflected in all creative decisions, such as the typefaces and colour schemes selected. The result will be a book that is visually compelling and personal to you.

The finished size is 160x225mm (portrait).

Our Legacy Package: Coffee table elegance for art, family history and photography.
This is our premium self-publishing package. It is for books intended for cherishing and sharing life’s journeys — big and small. Our focus is on creating elegant and sophisticated layouts which present your story in a way that can be treasured for generations.
With access to several vast image libraries, including those holding historical images, we can help you find and licence the perfect image, should you need it. We can also help with personalised maps and customised infographics that present detailed information in a visually pleasing way.
We will make electronic proofs of completed sections or chapters of the book available to you for review and approval.
The design of a full colour cover, including spine and back cover, is included in this package. Typically, we suggest two copies bound in hardback, and the remainder softcover with a matte laminate.
Once we have your approval of the final book proof we will arrange for the printing and binding of ten individual books, which will be delivered to your door.
The books in this package are a larger format, 210x297mm, and may be portrait or landscape. Internal pages are printed with black ink for the text while images and visual elements may be printed in full colour. All internal pages are printed on superior quality silk matte paper. We have allowed for 248 pages per book in this package (fewer pages may lower the cost of this package). Other sizes, page counts and variations are possible, as well as additional books.

Our Typography and Design Package: perfect for when you want to manage your own book production.
With this self-publishing package you have complete control over who prints your books, and the materials they use. We will provide you with print-ready digital artwork, in a PDF file, completed to your commercial printer’s specifications.
We have spent years working with commercial printers and “speak their language”. If you would like us to work directly with your preferred printer to ensure the digital artwork files meet their exact requirements, we are happy to do so.
Our process for this package is the same as our other packages up to the point where you have approved the final proof.
For budgeting purposes, we suggest allowing approximately eighty percent of the cost of one of the other packages to complete the typography and design of your book.
