We collect personal information from you, including information about your name, contact information, and billing or purchase information.

We collect your personal information in order to contact you regarding the typography and book design work you have requested of us, including sending you electronic proofs of design work for your approval.

Besides our staff, we share your name and delivery details (physical address) with our commercial print and binding partners in order to have your books delivered to you.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details including a delivery address, we will not be able to arrange for the printing and delivery of your books.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted folders and restricting access to it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact linda@thetypehouse.co.nz
